Northstar is led by our staff team and guided by our body of elders.
Our staff leadership team sets the spiritual vision and strategic direction of the church, helping us pursue our mission with clarity and purpose. Our elders serve as shepherds and overseers, offering biblical guidance, accountability, and care in accordance with the qualifications outlined in Scripture. Together, this leadership structure allows us to lead with wisdom, serve with integrity, and build up the body of Christ with intentionality and faithfulness.
